The project involves redevelopment of 108 flats, spread over an area of approximately 4 acres.

Eligibility Criteria :

• PMC must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in managing comparable residential society redevelopment projects.

• PMC must be RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) approved.
